General Policy
Muscle Craft Physiotherapy Limited will facilitate a hassle-free online registration facility, and secured payment gateway wherein the users visiting Muscle Craft Physiotherapy Limited’s website can utilize the said services and make payments. Since most of the services offered by Muscle Craft Physiotherapy Limited are services in nature, there is no return of the services, but certain Refund and Cancellation policies are applicable. The Refund and Cancellation policy may differ from time to time and from service to service.
Muscle Craft Physiotherapy Limited will offer refunds purely on the basis of facts concerning each individual case.
Refunds, if applicable, will be made to the same card or account from which the payment was initially made, and will be processed only after verification of the account holder’s credentials.
No cash or cheque refunds will be made under any circumstances.
Note: A 50% deposit is required for appointment confirmation.
Refunds are made only under the following conditions:

Mistaken denominations, factual errors, inaccurate payment deductions, or duplicate payments or cancellations within the time period outlined in this refund policy.
Onsite Services

Wrong billing Refund- 100% refund of the disproportionate bill amount.

A full refund of the deposit or total advance payment is given, if the appointment is cancelled cancel 48 hrs before the appointment.

If the client misses their appointment, they have 30 days in which to reschedule. No refund will be given if a rescheduled appointment is missed.
- Customers cannot return the same order more than once.
- Muscle Craft Physiotherapy Limited shall not be responsible in case communication is not received by the customer due to incomplete contact details given by the individual.
- Customers requesting serially repeated refunds may be refused services provided on the website.
- For claiming a refund, the payee should provide a valid invoice of the services paid, and supporting identification for the refund to be approved.
- No interest will be paid on refunds.
All approved refunds will be made within 14-21 days. Any query with a respective agreed refund can be addressed to contact@musclecraftpt.com citing the receipt number against which the refund is requested for.
Muscle Craft Physiotherapy Limited reserves the right to modify/change this policy without prior notice.
Healthcare Packages
A proportionate refund is given for the balance period in case the services have not been availed, this will be at the discretion of Muscle Craft Physiotherapy Limited, if the cancellation is requested during the service period/tenure.
Tele-Consultation Packages
For cancellations 48 hrs before scheduled treatment, the patient’s deposit will be unused and available for future bookings or refunded as per patient/client preference.
- Late cancellations within 24-48 hours of your appointment time are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the fee for your scheduled appointment type.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the patient being charged for a full consultation, and no refund is applicable.
Mode of Refund
The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment used at the time of booking the service.
Refund Time
Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking Refund will be processed to the same account used at the time of payment in 14-21 business days.
